Spring doesn’t come by the day on a calender here. The groundhog lives underground. What does he know anyway? Spring doesn’t come even, when the first snow starts to melt. It often shows up again. I’ve seen snow in May here. By the time we wait for a warm breeze, it’s often summer.
They way you know that Spring is has arrived is by these little gems:

April 5, 2011 at 11:53 amI’m so envious! The squirrels dug up all my tulip bulbs, and I always forget to plant more in the fall. Do you have any daffodils planted? They’re my fave spring flower!
