Well, I haven’t been able to download pictures for a few days because blogger seems to be running slow, so I thought I would just post some funny things the kids said earlier today.
David wore a shirt today that said “My Dad is the Man.”
So I asked him:
Me: David, is your daddy a cool dude?
David: No.
Me: He’s not?
David: No! Cool dudes are giants! Really, REALLY big guys! Daddy’s not a cool dude, giants are cool dudes.
It may not be that funny, but I laughed. Okay, now for Silje’s funny story. Todd and Jess, (Matthew’s parents for those of you who are not Todd and Jess) if you’re reading this, you’ll want to tune in on this one.
Silje: Okay David, you be Matthew (she was trying to get him to pretend play with her.)
David: Matthew?
Silje: Yes, Matthew. He’s the boy I’m going to marry. Now you be Matthew and ask me to marry you. Then we’ll pretend our wedding.
Knut had big eye rolls with that one!
