Our little girl is walking all over the place. I need her to slow down! She jibbers in her own language very seriously to all of us when she’s awake. She has so much to say.
Solveig hiding behind some of her puppets.
More bread baking. This batch didn’t turn out as great, but still tastes good! I think there’s still some more trial and error in my future.
We’ve had some sunny days to throw open the front door, and let Ingrid and the kitties play together with the glass door between them. Lena was getting jealous, so she licked Ingrid all over, to make sure she knew that there wasn’t any glass between them, and Ingrid was welcome to feel her fur whenever she wanted.
I got to go to church yesterday! Woo Hoo! Oh, it fed my soul.
Also, Knut and I got a date last night. It was dinner and movie. Simple, yet really what the doctor ordered.
Sometimes, the little everyday things are the things you’ve been craving for ages. Sleep. Warm food. A good cup of tea. Knuckle dimples on a baby. A good book. A morning at church. A date with hubs. These are a few of my favorite things.
I’m blessed.
