FYI – Kitchen Stewardship

I just thought I’d pass along the news.

You know how I’ve been praising Katie’s website on Kitchen Stewardship?

You know how she has these ebooks (cookbooks) that you can download instantly and have so much helpful information that the recipes almost seem like a bonus?  Just so you know, you don’t need a special e-reader besides something like Adobe on your computer.  Ebooks are great.  You download them, and save them to your computer.  You can either print them off (or print only certain pages), or just read them from your computer when you want them.  What I like is that I get them instantly.  I’m impatient like that.
