Not Me Monday!

Not Me Monday

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

I have a lot this week, so settle in. I did not disregard all nap schedules this weekend, and let the kids run crazy in the childcare at the church where I spent the whole day at a woman’s conference on Saturday. After that, I didn’t keep the kids up late and take them to a parade in town where I did not let them run into the street to pick up candy as it was thrown, and then let them eat too much. Of course, we made it to bed on time.

On Sunday, with a renewed sense of naps, we did not take the kids to a park to play after church, where I took pictures like any wannabe MckMama would.

(Well, I suppose Knut did climb the rock wall. Because secretly he doesn’t want to grow up)

Elias was very involved with our activities at that park…

After that we didn’t take the kid to a grad party after church, instead of home for their afternoon nap. David did not have multiple tantrums at said party, and Knut did not have to take him to an undisclosed location to discipline him several times. After that, the kids of course took their nap at home. (Well, Silje at least did)
before the triple birthday party at our house for Knut, Silje, and Uncle Chris.

Of course, everyone went to bed on time…again.
And since I shamelessly posted pics of pictures that aren’t that embarassing for not me monday, I’ll confess I have not been wearing my only pair of clean pants for 3 days, and they’re not so clean anymore.
And since Elias fat thighs have grown out of his one sized fit diapers I made him, I have not just put on him David’s old rag looking toddler diapers for the last 2 days, even though they’re huge. They were just available.

Elias is not still wearing the same onesie he was wearing yesterday.

And lastly, I didn’ not just shamelessly put all 3 kids in front of the t.v. so I could write up this post. I would never use the t.v. as a babysitter.
