Fun on the Carousel!

vacation

We all went one evening to eat at the mall and ride the carousel. The rides were $1 a piece, and Grammy and Papa were going to treat each of the grandkids. When we went to get the tokens, though, the machine was broken. We asked the lady running the carousel how we can get tokens, and she said that the token machine was broken that day, so she was instructed that all rides were to be free until it was fixed. Needless to say, the kids rode on it 7 times!

Here’s Silje on a unicorn,

Silje on a cat,

David on a zebra,

Jackson on a horse,

Heidi on a horse…hey it’s free, right?

The inner ring of “horses” were all mythical figures like a unicorn, or frog prince. The middle circle had traditional carousel horses and the outer ring had exotic animals like giraffes and tigers. We all had fun!
